Information before our news desk has confirmed plans by the Chairman of the Akwa Ibom State Independent Electoral Commission (AKISIEC), Mr. Aniedi Ikoiwak, to trade a “programmed winning of the forthcoming Local Government elections” in five local government areas for the sum of N100million with the All Progressive Congress (APC).

The programmed local government areas are Mbo, Urue Offong Oruko, Ibeno, Ikot Ekpene and Essien Udim.

To solidify this plan, Mr. Ikoiwak has collected a list of Ad-Hoc Personnel with Ward Returning Officers from the aforementioned local government areas for immediate deployment by Friday night against Saturday.
